Residential Property Paralegal

Our client is a Top 200 firm and they are seeking an experienced Residential Property paralegal to join them in one of their offices based in Lincolnshire on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity to assist in the expansion of a highly established practice. Ideally, the successful candidate should have two years of solid experience working in Residential Property. Primary duties involve assisting a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with their case load, liaising with clients and drafting legal documents. Residential Property Paralegals who are keen to handle their own case load or are already responsible for their own will have the chance to progress and will be given more responsibility.

This position has a view to a Training Contract as previous paralegals have previously become trainees after one year. The firm looks to take on their trainees from their existing pool of paralegals and highly support their Paralegals in career development.
