Our client is a Central London based company providing financial services to the public and their business also involves dealing with small, high value leases and licences on numerous properties. A recent increase in business means that our client is now looking to hire an experienced lawyer to assist with a variety of commercial leases, licences and contracts required for everyday business. You must have at least 3 years’ experience dealing with commercial leases and licences and be comfortable with the analysis, drafting and negotiation of these contracts, together with general commercial contracts experience. Previous corporate mergers and acquisitions experience is also desirable as the business is currently involved in acquisitions and our client is keen for in-house counsel to liaise with their 3rd legal advisors on this matter also.
