Our client is looking for a Legal Secretary/Document Expert to join their busy London team. Working within the PA team, to support the fee earners across the practice, you will also be required to help with various admin and reception duties, so previous experience within a legal office environment or administrative role is required.
Job Description
General Administration:
- Full document management support.
- Creating documents, formatting documents, amending documents in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
- Proof reading documents.
- Full secretarial/PA support including any typing and administrative duties.
- Full use of Microsoft packages and Filesite online filing system.
- Full diary management for any allocated Fee Earners.
- Liaising with clients and their secretaries to arrange meetings or lunches. Also Liaising with suppliers and other staff.
- Arranging UK and foreign travel including visas and accommodation.
- To maintain an accurate electronic filing system.
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate, taking accurate notes and deal accordingly.
- Reception duties to include meeting rooms, meeting and greeting guests and accompanying them to the meeting rooms.
