The Role
We are now seeking a dynamic Immigration Solicitor for a specialist team based in Bedford. With solid experience in both private and business immigration, the successful Solicitor will manage a full and varied caseload to include: Asylum and Deportation; Sponsor License Applications; Indefinite Leave to Remain; EEA applications; Human Rights and; Visas including Student Work and Family. In addition the successful Immigration Solicitor, will immerse themselves within business development initiatives and marketing strategies, promoting the services of the department and practice as a whole. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE gained within Immigration;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be IT Literate;
You will have your own workload and be able to work with minimal supervision;
You will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
You will have a flair for business development and marketing.
