Our client is an award-winning, UK Legal 200 practice with a string of offices. With a history of providing first class service to business and individual clients, they place client care at their core. In support of this they invest in attracting and retaining the top talent in all fields as well as the latest technology to increase efficiencies. Currently experiencing a period of sustained growth, they are now looking to add to their commercial property team in Milton Keynes.

The Role
We are now seeking a Real Estate Lawyer to join our clients’ flourishing practice in Milton Keynes. The successful Real Estate Lawyer will become part of a growing department including partners of the firm; managing a diverse caseload incorporating all aspects of real estate matters from instruction to completion. Work will include: freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions; development work; planning and construction; property finance and; commercial leases. Involvement in business development activities will form an essential part of the role.

You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least two years’ PQE.
You must have solid experience in Commercial Property, gained within a well-regarded practice.
You must have excellent technical and client care skills.
You will have excellent academics with at least a 2:1 at degree level (or equivalent).
You will be a team player and able to manage a demanding caseload with minimal supervision.
You will have a flair for business development.
