Residential Property Paralegal

Our client, a renowned regional law firm, is looking for a paralegal to join their hugely successful conveyancing team on a permanent basis.

This position will allow you to train to become a fee earner within the department, and would be an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress and handle their own caseload. The supportive team are expanding and have a high volume of good quality work available.

Our client is looking for a paralegal who has worked on residential property matters extensively in the past and therefore could hit the ground running. The successful applicant will have experience working on residential property matters and have knowledge of all stages of property transactions.

This role will have the chance to develop into a training contract. The firm are supportive of career progression and will consider their own paralegals when offering training contracts.
