This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Trade Mark Paralegal looking to accelerate their experience in the profession.
The Trade Mark/IP team at this hugely successful practice is eclipsing all others. They are attracting attention for the quality of work and indeed the calibre of professional attorneys/solicitors and support staff joining the team.
Here you will gain experience with direct client contact, this is an empowered role and therefore Trade Mark experience is required as is excellent interpersonal skills, as well as accurate written and verbal English language skills are essential.
Duties and Responsibilities will involve the whole spectrum of Trade Mark portfolio management including;-
- Pre– filing,
- Prosecution,
- Publication,
- Registration,
- dead line management &
- Disputes.
Candidates will be au fait with the Formalities process and ideally hold the ITMA certificate.
