Your new role

A position has arisen in this firm's Corporate team for a Senior Associate. with 8-10 years PQE. The firm's corporate team services a number of businesses world-wide. The corporate department is ranked highly in all major legal research directories, including Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, Who's Who Legal, and IFLR 1000.

This firm provides Bermuda law advice relevant to all issues of general corporate law and in relation to a multitude of transactions and industry-related issues, including; Banking & finance, Funds, Incorporations, Insurance & reinsurance and Mergers & Acquisitions. In this role you will be involved in a broad mix of general corporate work.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be considered for this role, you must have at least 8-10 years PQE, however if you are not in this PQE bracket, with excellent experience and a real commitment to Bermuda then you will be considered. Ideally you will be working at a top firm in London (Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or top US / International). This firm requires a highly committed individual with a valid reason to live and work in Bermuda. Ideally you will have only moved jobs once or twice in your legal career. You must be UK / Common Law Qualified to work in this jurisdiction.
