This well-established and highly successful legal practice with offices in London and Suffolk. They are  expanding and looking for a dynamic Family solicitor to develop this area of work.

Family team

They advise clients on cohabitation, divorce, separation, Pre-Nups, finances including pensions and businesses, children disputes and domestic violence. 

The work includes:

• Client meetings
• Correspondence and telephone communication with clients, the other party or their solicitor and third parties
• Drafting all pleadings for divorce, finances, children, domestic violence
• Court attendance
• Marketing
• Administration

Qualifications:

• Solid academic background
• A family solicitor with experience gained within a well-regarded city, regional or national firm with a well-developed knowledge in all aspects of family work.
