This leading regional Law firm in Swindon are seeking a competent commercial property associate to take on an existing caseload and help drive the department forward, the client base is varied, and you will be advising on all aspects of commercial  property.

To apply you will need to have specialised in commercial property and show confidence in handing a full and varied commercial property caseload including commercial landlord and tenant, commercial property development, joint venture and collaboration agreements.  Experience gained with a City, or recognised regional firm or established firm will be highly considered.
