Junior Banking and Finance Lawyer (NQ-2 Yrs. PQE)

Our client is an outstanding law firm, known for its impressive international network of offices and dynamic working culture and they are now seeking to add an additional Junior Banking and Finance lawyer to their well-established finance team. As a key member of the finance department, you will provide Generalist law support, covering the full range of banking and finance transactions with a focus on syndicated lending and trade finance, but including project asset and debt restructuring + work within Islamic law - this is a truly unique and varied position offering great exposure to the Banking and Finance sector.

You'll be working within a close-knit team, performing an integral role, enjoying regular client contact and you will be given the opportunity to progress your career from within this exceptional law firm.

We're seeking a Junior Banking and Finance lawyer with approx. NQ-2 years' PQE, having qualified in the UK, US or commonwealth jurisdictions and preferably having had some UAE work experience at a well-established law firm. Being Bilingual in Arabic/ English is desirable, however not essential.
