Contract Litigator

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Paralegal / CILEx to join a dynamic firm based in Bristol city centre.

The firm is centrally located close to Bristol temple Meades station and all the shops and amenities of the city centre.

They are currently recruitng for a number of Litigators to join their thriving team. The role itself requires you to review and evaluate contract claims for prospects of success and to negotiate and litigate claims on the Fast and Multi Track through the civil courts.

To apply for this role you should ideally be a paralegal, legal executive, with a proven track record in litigation and have a good working knowledge of contract law and civil procedures.
