A top regional firm based in Bedfordshire is recruiting for a highly experienced Private Client Paralegal with specific Court of Protection experience to join them on a permanent basis. This experience must be from a Private Practice law firm.
The successful candidate must be experienced in all Court of Protection matters, including deputyship applications, on-going deputyship administration, and ancillary applications such as trustee orders, interim orders, and statutory Will applications.
Experienced Private Client Paralegals with a minimum of two years’ experience assisting Court of Protection matters are also encouraged to apply. The firm prioritises their existing paralegals when considering applications for Training Contracts. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong career and the practice fully supports those who wish to qualify via the ILEx route.
