PI Supervisor

Excellent opportunity for an experienced case handler to supervise and provide technical guidance to a team of claimant non-motor personal injury case handlers whose caseloads will consist primarily of MOJ personal injury cases involving
employers and public liability cases. There will also be some RTA cases involving pedestrians and cyclists.

This role would be well suited to an experienced personal injury case handler in the areas outlined above looking for a new challenge, to gain supervision experience and who can use their experience to assist less experienced case handlers.

You will have day to day supervision of a team of claimant non-motor personal injury case handlers. You will initially have no caseload but may then be expected to run your own reduced caseload of personal injury cases. Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Providing case planning assistance and completing supervisor reviews
- Answering technical queries
- Ensuring Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators are adhered to
- Carrying out 1-2-1's and appraisals for your team

The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of MOJ personal injury cases in the field of non motor to include dealing with employers and public liability cases together with RTA cases involving pedestrians and cyclists. Supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential.
