A role has arisen for a solicitor (or legal executive) to join the team at this Legal 100 firm who have an excellent reputation for their work in the travel sector.
In this role you will be acting for claimants who have had accidents whilst travelling including claims against airlines and holiday companies. This will also include cases in excess of £1m and group litigation cases with multiple claimants.
Ideally you will already have experience of travel claims, acting for either for claimants or defendants including multitrack cases. The firm would also be open to considering exceptional personal injury solicitors or legal executives with high value claims experience who are keen to move into the travel personal injury sector.
