A Public Sector organisation in the North West requires a Property Locum to join their team for a 3 month period with the possibility of being extended.
Day to day duties:
- Handling a mixed property caseload to include property acquisitions, disposals, freehold/ leasehold and landlord & tenant work
- Provide advice to the client department on various property matters
Experience of dealing with Commercial Property work is essential for this position. This successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or FILEX with a current PC.
