Our client is an international company producing high-tech medical equipment and products. Our client is a looking for a paralegal / legal assistant with at least 3 - 6 years' experience dealing with the analysis, negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts in private practice or in-house. You must have a proven track record for managing all stages of commercial contracts. Previous company / commercial experience together with mergers and acquisitions experience would also be desirable. You must have a solid academic record (2.1, ABB) and excellent interpersonal skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join an international business and develop existing legal skills within a fascinating sector.
