COSTS NEGOTIATOR - THE ROLE

The job opportunity has arisen due to the expansion of insurance practice and therefore the increased work-flow through the Costs Team. Therefore, the Costs Department is now looking for a talented Costs Negotiator to help strengthen the department.

Ideally, applicants should demonstrate previous experience in defendant costs. That said, our client also welcomes CVs from those with claimant personal injury background. It is worth noting that the firm has already attracted a number of claimant costs negotiators who have already made the successful transition from claimant to defendant costs.
