You will be taking over a mixed caseload of contentious & non-contentious Employment matters acting for a varied range of clients from employees through to national companies. The successful individual should have a strong understanding of Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination, Breach of Contract, Redundancy and TUPE matters. The ability to also draft employment contracts and develop new business relationships/conduct marketing is required.
