Top tier US firm seeks an additional financial services regulatory associate, either newly qualified or with some PQE, with relevant financial services experience gained within another well-regarded practice. This role will involve a very broad range of non-contentious financial services regulatory work, advising on a wide variety of UK domestic and cross-border regulatory issues, including covering MiFID, AIFMD, EMIR, M&A related issues, market abuse, capital markets and regulatory capital. The new associate will also be encouraged to take part in business development activities and will be able to play an integral part in further growing and developing the team.
