In House Aviation Finance Lawyer - Northern Home Counties

Our client is a successful airline going through continued growth.

Due to increased workload, our client now seeks an asset finance lawyer with aviation experience to undertake an interim assignment. However, my client is also considering a permanent role within their team.

You will assist with the purchase of new aircraft and advise on asset backed structures. The role also entails drafting/negotiating operating leases, new fleet documentation, novations, returns and engineering/servicing contracts.

The ideal candidate will have trained with a leading city firm or currently work in-house and possess at least five year’s post qualification experience*. You will experience in most of the above, particularly aviation finance. Team fit is important. You must be proactive, a strong communicator and able to build relationships.
