In House Commercial Solicitor – East Midlands
Our client is a world leader in its field. They are FTSE top 50 business who have continued to grow year on year and see significant potential to continue that trajectory.
This is an exciting time to be part of a dynamic and forward thinking company. They seek a Commercial Solicitor with significant experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts. You will negotiate and advise on technology related agreements such as bespoke resale, B2B, consumer, marketing, software, master service agreements and purchasing. Knowledge of consumer protection law, FCA regulations, data protection, competition law and intellectual property would also be of benefit.
You must be able to work autonomously but as part of their global legal team. Our client seeks a confident, robust and calm individual. You must have at least 3 years* post qualification experience but preferably more and a strong academic background and professional training with a reputable law firm or business.
Our client is a flexible employer and will consider some home working.
