Divisional Operating Officer (International Law Firm)

The successful candidate will provide assistance to the divisional CEO with regard to business planning and financial analysis. The new joiner will manage the divisional heads of the Marketing, Finance and Human Resources team. The divisional operating officer will be based in London however the successful applicant must be prepared to travel to the other international offices.

This vacancy represents the opportune time to join an established international dispute resolution team that are spread across multiple jurisdictions. The successful applicant will provide operational management for this team, duties will include; working with partners on issues regarding business development, recruiting, managing financial resources, tracking progress of initiatives and working closely with the Global Marketing Director, the Global HR Director and the Global Finance Director on a variety of matters.

The ideal candidate will possess an MBA or equivalent and would have gained a minimum of 5 years' management experience in a professional services firm. The ability to speak a second language (Arabic, Mandarin, Cantonese, etc.) would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite.
