The Role
We are now actively seeking a dynamic Property Litigation Solicitor for a specialist team based in Bedford. Reporting to the Head of Department, the successful Solicitor will manage a complex caseload of property litigation matters from instruction to resolution with minimal supervision. Areas will include: lease extensions; boundary disputes; dilapidation claims and; Landlord and Tenant matters. Keen to get involved with business development and marketing, the successful Solicitor will immerse themselves within initiatives, promoting the services of the property litigation department and practice as a whole and building and maintaining client relationships. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent and have solid Property Litigation experience;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be IT Literate;
You will have your own workload and be able to work with minimal supervision;
You will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
You will have a flair for business development and marketing.
