You will be a senior level solicitor experienced in dealing with a wide range of clients including high-value national and international companies and undertaking a broad spectrum of matters including dealing with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structures and business set-ups. You will:-
Be a solicitor with a minimum of 6, and probably closer to 8 years’ PQE;
