A specialist family law practice in Essex require the assistance of a private family lawyer on a locum basis. The role is anticipated to start in November and is likely to last for a couple of months whilst they look to recruit permanently.
The workload will comprise entirely of private family law matters to include: divorce and matrimonial finance; pre and post nuptial agreements; civil partnerships and private children matters.
Candidates are required to have a solid background in dealing with a private family caseload without supervision. Previous experience as a locum lawyer within private practice is preferable.
