The successful legal counsel will deal with a bulk of regulatory work in advising clients in line with platform services.
The legal counsel will take responsibility in assisting and recommending on their client's legal and compliance functions, in line with FCA regulations, ensuring a smooth legal function and concise process within the client's overall framework.

Description
The Legal Counsel's bulk of work will also include:
-Agreeing contracts - engagement terms
-Agreeing commercial terms.
-Scope of services.
-Indemnities and Liabilities - Negotiated either with the client directly or a third party legal adviser.
-Range of documents will include dealing with secondments and investment management agreements
Profile
- Strong Legal background
- Good knowledge of regulations and/or compliance work
- Ability to turn hand to a wide range of documentation, from investment agreements to commercial matters.
