Our client is a leading international law firm who are seeking a mid level corporate lawyer to join their office in Dubai. The corporate team acts for multinational companies, national corporations and SMEs with high priced transaction values. They can draw upon a wealth of knowledge and experience, having partners that have worked for some of the top international law firms, providing cost-effective solutions on complex corporate matters and day-to-day issues alike.
Our client is seeking a corporate lawyer with 5+ PQE. You will have experience in both public and private M&A, joint ventures, capital markets and private equity. You will be dealing with sophisticated and practical advice on structuring, negotiating and documenting complex and innovative local and cross-border transactions with both national and international clients. Excellent academics and previous experience in a leading law firm are a bonus.
Bilingual in English and Arabic is mandatory.
