Office Administrator (Legal)
Bradford
Experienced Office Administrator required for a well known Bradford Firm of Solicitors.
The Firm is located in the heart of Bradford and they are looking for an Office Administrator with experience of working in a similar position at another Law Firm.
The role will involve a varied array of office administration which will include overseeing reception (and assisting where necessary), control of things such as buying and maintaining stationary, keeping holiday records up to date, opening and closing files, managing issues such as building works at the office and recruitment of temporary staff.
This is a wide ranging role and you must be able to work under pressure, prioritise work, and have good communication skills. Of key importance is the ability be organised as the firm is going through a period of growth in terms of new premises and an influx of work. You should also have excellent IT skills.
