Are you an experienced Enfranchisement lawyer, looking for a new, senior role in central London?

An increasing workload has led to the need to recruit an additional senior solicitor to their leasehold enfranchisement team.
To succeed in this application you will need to have dealt with:
- Lease extension claims & collective enfranchisements
- Experience of areas such as licence for alteration, right of first refusal and freehold claims
- You’ll be at least 5 years PQE although the firm are open to more experienced candidate too.
