A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a thriving Conveyancing department in a well-regarded Legal 500 Staffordshire firm.
Due to expansion our client are seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join their team. You will have experience running your own caseload of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgage from instruction through to completion.
You will work well in a busy and fast paced environment and must work well as part of a team. The firm currently work on volume panel work but do have links with local estate agents. Ideally they are looking for somebody to come in and develop this aspect of the department.
