Rare, mixed Private Client and Residential Property role-Devon

This is an exciting, rare opening for an experienced lawyer looking for the opportunity to carry out both general Private Client and Residential Property work in a wonderful part of the world down in Devon.

Our client is a leading Devon practice and they are about to open another small regional office which is going to be led by an existing well known Partner. As part of the client offering from this new office location they are keen to appoint another experienced lawyer to work alongside the lead office Partner to cover both general Private Client work and local Residential Property work and this is an excellent opportunity to be part of the growth of this office while developing your own practice locally in these two areas. You will naturally, ideally, have strong existing experience of both Private Client and of Residential Conveyancing work but certainly the Private Client experience in particular is key and will form a major part of your role day to day.

Our client is very keen to talk with anyone who is already established and working locally but they are also happy to consider CV's from candidates who may be looking to relocate to the area as long as you can demonstrate and explain your connections to the area and your long-term commitment.
