OFFSHORE, Cayman - Associate - Commercial Property and residential Real Estate - 5+ pqe

US$160,000-US$180,000 per annum plus benefits.

Our client is a leading offshore law firm. Their busy Commercial and residential real estate team in Cayman are seeking a property associate with at least 5 years post qualification experience gained with a major firm. Expertise in all areas of property including development, finance and leasing as well as good corporate and commercial skills will be beneficial and, in addition, applicants must have proven client development and marketing skills. City of London experience will be an advantage. Strong academics and a sound legal training are required.
