Family Solicitor

Our client, a family law specialist firm based in the heart of Surrey, strives to provide a supportive, high quality, tailored service to their clients. The firm are renowned for their specialist legal expertise and are backed by a plethora of testimonials. Due to continued success they are looking to recruit a further Family Solicitor to join their dynamic and ambitious firm on a full time permanent basis. This role would suit an experienced Family Solicitor who is looking for a new opportunity in a dynamic firm and is confident and competent in their work.

This opportunity will allow the Family Solicitor to thrive in this niche firm by showcasing their skills and run a full caseload of matters which will include but is not restricted to:

• Privately funded matters
• Divorce
• Financial Remedy
• Private Children Matters
• Co-habitation Disputes
• Pre-nuptial agreements

Due to the nature of the firm the successful Family Solicitor will be expected to provide their expertise to a diverse range of clients mainly those with high net worth. Applications for this Family Solicitor position will be considered from qualified solicitors or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years PQE, but that is ambitious and looking to develop their career. Ideally the Family Solicitor will a Member of Resolution and will have gained experience dealing with high net worth clientele. Experience as a mediator is desirable, although not essential.
