The Role: Senior Real Estate Lawyer
Location: Chichester

The successful Real Estate team is highly renowned in the local market and they operate nationally across a number of sectors. Due to the need to expand further the firm are looking to recruit a Senior Real Estate Lawyer to help shape the future of the property department on a full time permanent basis.

This opportunity will allow the Senior Real Estate Lawyer to develop the department as well as developing technical and commercial skills. Duties will include but will not be restricted to:

  • Acting for property companies, developers, landowners and investors
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Residential Development
  • Landlord and Tenant
  • Property financing

Applications for this Senior Real Estate Lawyer role will be considered from qualified solicitors or equivalent who are at least 5 years' PQE and have dealt with the full real estate remit, along with associated business development. The successful Real Estate Lawyer will be able to build client relationships and contacts effectively and will be committed to progressing the firm further, within a well-qualified, and highly regarded team.
