Top 100 law firms seeks 1-4 PQE planning lawyer to grow and develop the planning team. The role is full time but if an exceptional candidate would like to work part-time, the request will be considered. The work is varied and high quality. It will include s106 agreements, compulsory purchase advice (compensation advice and settlement agreements), strategic advice on planning applications, planning appeals, promotion agreements, CIL advice, judicial reviews and high court challenges, highways agreements, CLEUD and CLOPUD applications, advice on permitted development prior approval applications, planning aspects of due diligence.
