Our clients are leading law firms who are seeking competition lawyers to join their office in Brussels. The teams advise clients on the full spectrum of EU and UK competition procedures such as; behavioural, commercial practices, merger control, investigations dispute resolution and state aid with clients national and international. They are also known for their professional services on the legal 500 competition sector in Europe.
The teams are seeking a competition lawyer with 3-5 PQE. You must have experience in; advisory (agreements and ip licences), compliance, merger control and behavioural competition. Part of your role will be to advise clients internationally on i.p licencing, distribution and franchising agreements. To be eligible for this role you must have previous experience in a leading international law firm
