Plot Conveyancer (Team Leader) - Manchester

My law firm client with many offices across the UK is seeking a Senior Plot Conveyancer to join their Manchester based Residential Development team as Team Leader.

The ideal candidate for this Plot Conveyancer position would be a senior paralegal, fee earner, legal executive or qualified solicitor, with experience in handling plot sales matters or extensive conveyancing experience. It is essential you have managerial experience that can be demonstrated. You must be self-motivated, have good communication skills and be able to prioritise in order to meet deadlines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team, dealing with plot sales for one or more national housebuilders from reservation to completion. The role will involve sending out standard plot sale paperwork from a case management system, dealing with pre contract enquiries, exchanging contracts and dealing with completions.
