The Role
We are now seeking a dynamic Solicitor who specialises in Real Estate, for a highly successful transactional team based in Manchester. With responsibility for a technically challenging caseload, the successful Solicitor will advise clients including government entities, investors, and multinationals, on a wide range of Real Estate matters. Areas will incorporate: development projects; acquisitions and disposals; property finance; leases and; construction matters.
With the skills and expertise to contribute to the development of this team, the successful Real Estate Solicitor will immerse themselves within business development and marketing initiatives, building and maintaining client and professional relationships. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years’ PQE gained within a City, national or large regional firm;
You will have strong technical skills and good commercial acumen;
You will have an excellent academic record with a minimum of 2:1 gained at degree level;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will have outstanding communication and client care skills;
You will have a passion for business development and marketing.
