The firm are committed to servicing IP-rich businesses, helping clients to enforce, protect and exploit their intellectual property interests to a very high standard. Many of the firms lawyers have been involved in groundbreaking intellectual property law matters many of which have been instrumental in shaping the law surrounding IP. 

The ideal candidate will posses an excellent academics and:
- Training contract at a well-regarded law firm, preferably from the City
- Experience of dealing with a contentious intellectual property matters
- Familiar with the non-contentious aspects of intellectual property law
- Competent in dealing with the commercial needs of clients in IP
