An excellent opportunity has arisen at a specialist Buckinghamshire family law practice for an experienced Childcare Locum to assist with cover over the winter holiday period.
You will be responsible for handling a caseload of publically funded childcare matters, representing the guardian. A small proportion of the caseload will involve private childcare law matters. Duties will include handling contact and guardianship matters, conducting advocacy and attending final hearings.
The ideal candidate would be a qualified Solicitor or Charted Legal Executive with Children's Panel membership.
Rate is negotiable, dependent on experience / PQE.
