Wills & Probate Solicitor
Traditional private practice law firm working with clients in Oxfordshire region are seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the team in the Chipping Norton practice. This role has arisen due to the firms succession planning due to a Senior Partner retiring.
Their Private Client work conducted includes :
* Drafting of Wills * Probate
* Estate Administration
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Trust & Tax matters *
* Property transfers working closely with the Conveyancing team
The role is full time and would suit someone who is ideally at least 4+ years PQE with perhaps the aspirations to become Head of Department in the future.
It would also be attractive if you were STEP qualified but this is not essential. Salary is up to £45000 dependent on experience
