Banking & Finance Paralegal
The Client
My client is an international firm recognised for their expertise in a breadth of practice areas. Their clients include banks, institutional investors, public and private companies, local and central government departments, charities and individuals.
The Role
They are currently looking for a paralegal to assist the banking and finance department full time. The appointee will:
- Undertake researches in an accurate way through the use of the appropriate sources.
- Provide for transactional support
- Deal with document management and administration
- Prepare bundles
- Deal with other general administrative tasks
- Maintain effective relationships with clients
- Manage files following the Lexcel procedures
The job is permanent and the remuneration provided is £30,000 per year.
Skills required
The ideal candidate will possess a University degree and some previous experience working as a paralegal. Having the LPC is advantageous but not a pre-requisite. The appointee must possess excellent research and communication skills and effective organization skills. My client is looking to hire someone with a very good IT knowledge and the ability to multitask. The appointee must be a strong team player and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with clearly defined deadlines. He or she needs to be able to adapt to a dynamic and fast environment and to work autonomously.
