A Military Claims Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm based in Central Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

A highly regarded and respected multi office, international law firm, my client is recognised as a leading player within the legal services market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit an NQ- 3 years PQE Solicitor to join the Military Claims team.

The successful candidate will ideally have strong Personal Injury experience including work on high value and complex cases and you will ideally have some experience of inquests. Military experience is desirable but by no means essential as we are happy to consider candidates from a general Personal Injury background.

You will work in a team, under the supervision of a partner but, depending on experience, will be expected to take responsibility for handling a full caseload.

Candidates must have an interest in specialising within Military claims along with a clean driving licence as you will be required to travel to meet clients across the UK.

You will need to have excellent client care and communication skills, given the particular sensitivity associated with military claims. The successful candidate will also need to show a capability to cope well under pressure, demonstrate excellent time management skills, and be able to keep to tight deadlines.
