A very exciting opportunity for a Solicitor with a solid grounding in a good range of Planning and Environmental matters to join a leading regional law firm.

The career prospects here are excellent and you will be joining a well run and highly professional team. This is a very high quality commercial firm and candidates should have experience gained within a similar regional or boutique firm. We would very much like to hear from candidates 2 years PQE upwards, who have specific experience in the fields of planning and environment.

The department's work includes advising on all aspects of planning and environment issues, including major retail projects, mixed use and office developments, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, planning applications and appeals, environmental impact, minerals planning, major infrastructure projects, compulsory purchase, compensation and judicial review.

This is an outstanding regional commercial firm with a very high profile in Real Estate matters; a modern thinking and pro-active firm where progression prospects are real and staff retention is high.
