A Clinical Negligence Solicitor is wanted for an exceptional opportunity with a leading top 20 national law firm. This role will suit a newly qualified or experienced Solicitor who is looking to take the next step with an established team and reputable firm. Salary is competitive, plus benefits and bonus scheme.
My client is a successful and market leading top 20 Legal 500 multi-office Private Practice with an excellent reputation in the market. Working for this forward thinking firm there is a pleasant working environment, excellent benefits along with opportunities for progression and development.
The Medical Negligence department manages the full range of Clinical Negligence claims including birth injuries, cosmetic surgery claims, orthopaedic injury, ophthalmic, eye surgery and nursing care claims.
Duties will include providing full support to the Clinical Negligence team, providing full and professional advice to the firm's major clients. The Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be from a Claimant or Defendant background and come from a firm of similar calibre. The candidate will have excellent academics and have strong drafting skills.
Applications are invited from NQ - 2 year PQE Solicitors with solid Clinical Negligence experience and/or have taken a Clinical Negligence seat in their training contract.
