OUR CLIENT
An established law firm with a specialist IT team and an enviable client base seeks to appoint an IT Contracts Manager
THE ROLE
As a member of a well established department the post holder will be expected to manage the entire process of contracts management working closely with clients and colleagues acting as the main point of contact for clients
The post-holder will be expected to prepare initial draft contracts to include NDAs, distribution and agency agreements, assisting with negotiations and managing a precedent bank
Advise on regulatory and risk management aspects of contracts
Providing commercial advice on contracts and training of in house staff
THE CANDIDATE
Applicants must have relevant contracts management experience ideally from an IT or telecoms background
Experience of contract law, licensing, SaaS, supplier and customer arrangements .
To be considered for this new role applicants must have a minimum of a 2:1 degree and relevant commercial skills
