Commercial Property Solicitor

This is a newly created position due to expansion with a prominent East Anglia law firm for a Commercial Property Solicitor to be based at the firm's Ely office where you will join a small team working closely with n experienced friendly Solicitor.  Your caseload will be principally Commercial Property, though you could also undertake some agricultural property if so desired. Full secretarial support.

Broad caseload to include buying and selling of freeholds on industrial and commercial properties, easements, development agreements and planning agreements etc.

You must be able to work without constant supervision, but with full support of the other lawyer in the team who will be able to help and give advice where necessary.
