My client is a leading regional law firm with exciting times ahead. It is looking to grow its market leading IP practice with the hire of an Intellectual Property Associate with 3PQE or more into its Oxfordshire or London office. The firm is a reasonably small yet very tight-knit outfit. The IP fee-earners do very high quality, international work and enjoy the reasonable working hours you wouldn't find in the City. There is also a very transparent track for progression. The proof of how happy all of the associates are is apparent in the firm's incredibly low attrition rate.

You would be working with a wide client base from sectors that would cover pharmaceuticals, FMCG, retail and also some very large tech clients just to name a few. You would also enjoy almost 50% of your work being for international clients from the US, Asia and also Europe. There is also a wide variety of language skills in the office.

The minimum requirements you would need to be suitable for this IP role are:

• Strong academics (Minimum of a 2:1 at degree level)
• Trained at a leading City or Regional firm
• 3PQE+ in Intellectual Property
• Language skills would be advantageous but are by no means mandatory
