The role will involve the full range of PSL duties from drafting, updating and managing precedents to the creation and delivery of training to colleagues and clients. You will also be involved in business development as well as answering day-to-day queries. Suitable candidates must have an excellent understanding of the Takeover Code and experience of advising on public M&A transactions with a minimum of 4 years' solid Corporate experience at a firm known for their work in the area. The role could be either full or part time.
